The certification is based on a two-dimensional, objective assessment conducted across all organizational levels and covering a broad range of HR topics.

The HR Assessment questionnaire consists of 154 questions across 8 key areas: Leadership, HR Practices, Compensation, Benefits, Teamwork and Relationships, Employee Engagement, Workplace and Procedures and Corporate Social Responsibility. It provides a comprehensive view of your organization’s policies, practices, and overall workplace culture.
